Audio Description Track Script

Write an audio-description script for a video that already has dialogue or a voiceover. Describe what matters, in the gaps, without talking over the words. VIDEO What it is: [AD, EXPLAINER, DOC SCENE] Runtime: [TIME] I will paste the transcript with timecodes: [PASTE OR DESCRIBE THE BEATS] What a blind viewer cannot get from the soundtrack alone: [ON-SCREEN TEXT, WHO ENTERED, A RESULT ON A SCREEN] SCRIPT For each gap between spoken lines: the timecode, and a description short enough to fit the gap. Priority: on-screen text read aloud, then the action that changes the story, then setting. Do not describe every color. Do not say "we see." Name people by the name used in the video once they are introduced; before that, a short neutral description. Mark gaps that are too short and what you would cut from the picture edit to make room, or which line should move. This script is for a describer to record, so write speakable sentences.
